Opening a Dialogue

This article written by Dirk Corstens, Rufus May and Eleanor Longden explores and describes "voice dialogue" work - a therapeutic technique to build better communication with the parts of ourselves, and our respective voices, however we might experience these.

This works relates wonderfully to Compassion Focused Therapy's (CFT) ideas about each and every one of us as being made up of "multiple selves" with which we need to better relate in order to find peace and wellbeing as well as address and resolve underlying conflict and difficult feelings.

Our parts or voices have something important to say: let's open a dialogue with them.
