Relinquishing lifelong guilt
A recent substack post by psychotherapist and writer Philippa Perry explores " how early patterns of responsibility can turn into lifelong guilt" with compassionate advice for the writer about how to relinquish control, recognise her past attempts to " do an impossible task" as well as find a way to forgive herself which might be "l ess about reaching a conclusion and more about a practice" Read it in full here:

"When grief has nowhere to go"
Here is a recent letter and answer to/from Philippa Perry about unresolved grief and working with frightening dreams. Here is an excerpt from Philippa's comments "I think this is unprocessed grief.
